Service Scope
10 hours of dedicated virtual assistant support
Tasks may include (choose up to 3 focus areas per package):
• Client follow-up — sending/monitoring emails, confirming appointments, light CRM updates
• Project/task management assistance — updating project trackers, setting reminders, managing deadlines
• Workflow or SOP creation — up to 2 documented processes (simple step-by-step or checklists for tasks)
• File/folder organization — light digital cleanup (if time allows)
• Basic research or vendor follow-up (e.g., pricing research, service inquiries — limited to 1 hour)
Turnaround Time
Project components delivered within 5 business days from start date and receipt of materials.
Communication
Includes up to 3 check-in emails/updates during the service period.
All instructions, requests, and updates handled through email or client portal (e.g., Dubsado).
No live meetings unless booked separately (can offer as a paid add-on).
What’s Not Included
No social media content creation, scheduling, or engagement (unless booked as an add-on)
No full team management or HR duties
No phone calls or direct client/customer calls
No software setup/integration (this is light ops support, not tech buildout)
Booking Terms
Full payment required to book the package.
Time must be used within 30 days of purchase (hours do not roll over).
Additional hours billed at your standard $25.00 hourly rate or offered through an upgrade to a higher package.
